Diving courses and scuba diving with Member Diving are held in small groups. We are a Swiss diving school for beginners to advanced divers and snorkelers.

As a German-speaking dive center with Swiss management, we attach great importance to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

All instructors of our team have many years of diving experience, are certified SSI Diving Instructors, such as PADI Instructors too and are specialists in the diving area around Koh Tao. They know the dive spots here in the Gulf of Thailand like the back of their hand.

Member Diving is an SSI dive center and offers all courses (PADI or SSI courses) from the introductory diving program (trial diving, discover scuba diving) to the dive master according to the SSI standards.

In our German-speaking diving school (we speak English too!) you learn diving, according to the guidelines of world-renowned diving organization SSI, from the diving course for children (for children over 8 years), trial diving and open water diving course (Open Water Diver) to Divemaster. For those who never dived before, we offer introductory scuba diving (DSD, Discover Scuba Diving).

All scuba diving courses are individual and start with one to max. four students per Instructor and transportation from / to the hotel in the region/area of Bophut, Chaweng, Bangrak and Choengmon are free. Other places on request! We attach great importance to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Wir haben hier unsere aller ersten Freiwasser tauchgänge gemacht. Wenn man könnte würde ich einen halben Stern abziehen, der Grund dafür ist das wir tag1 koh tao und tag2 sail rocks gebucht hatten. Erst tag2 am pier erfuhren wir das es wieder nach koh tao geht, aufgrund der wetter Verhältnisse. Fürs wetter kann member diving nichts, wir hätten uns aber eine Rücksprache und ggf. Ein verschieben gewünscht denn so sind wir jetzt noch mit einem 3 Tag auf eine andere tauchbasis nach sail Rock unterwegs gewesen. Wir sind nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, selbst wenn einem Vorredner nach die shorty Löcher hätten (nicht drauf geachtet), solange mich alles andere unter Wasser sicher mit Luft versorgt ist uns das egal. Aber jeder hat andere Ansprüche. Das Boot hat viel Platz, und es ist ein toller Service am Bord, zumindest wie wir es vom hören und sagen im Vergleich zu anderen Touren laufen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Führung unserer 2 guides. Tag 1 hatten wir Sarah bei uns Anfängern, insgesamt 5 Frischlingen. Briefing vor jedem tauchgang war gut und sie hat super auf uns im Wasser geachtet, gezeigte Probleme hat sie sich sofort angenommen und ist schön langsam voran, sodass wir gucken konnten aber gleichzeitig auch auf Maske und tarierung achten konnten. Das selbe gilt für den Fabian, der so eine Ruhe ausstrahlt das man selber einfach relaxed. Auch diese Gruppe bestand aus Anfängern welche er wunderbar führen konnte, sofort Eingriff wenn nötig und nach dem tauchgang wertvolle Tipps hatte. Wir würden hier nochmals buchen.

We stumbled across this scuba diving school quite randomly when searching for it before our honeymoon trip. It was my first diving experience and my partner had a refresher after a few years without diving. We had a really great experience! Especially as a first timer, I felt very comfortable and the whole crew was fun! Simply amazing. amazing service from the start, i wasn't the easiest to communicate with as I'd always disappear for a few days after every email exchange, and yet the owner Michel always responded promptly and patiently for answering all of my questions on accommodation before helping me to settle on the start date for my course. Big thanks to each and every single member on his team for being extremely attentive and for always giving me a hand to keep me alive when I needed help to waddle around the boat with those heavy equipments. A very special thanks to my teacher Steven, words do no justice to how much respect i have for this man. There's a saying by Confucius, 'once a teacher always a father'. This man had taught me the skills that allowed me to fullfill my childhood dream, he has made as much impact in my life as those teachers in my formative years who'd handed me the skills and tools to go far in life. I believe he will continue to make significant impact on the lives of his future student. Last but not least, I need to thank him for being extremely patient with me when i asked stupid questions and for keeping me and my two brain cells alive during all of my dives. Big thanks, again to Michel and his amazing team, I have not had this much fun since I started adulting, will definitely go back to them for an advanced course, simply because these guys were professional, attentive and it made me feel safe. 5 von 5 Sternen! Die Tauchtour hat wirklich sehr viel Spaß gemacht und macht hat vieles dazugelernt. Es gibt für jede Gruppe was passendes, egal ob Profi oder Amateur. Für uns war es tatsächlich das erste mal und wir hatten einen Super Tauchlehrer, grüße gehen raus an Steffen! Generell die ganze Crew war super gut drauf, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. No plans to use this shop again I thought I was going to, not swim. Really long swimming both ways, out and in to the boat. Usually they drop you to the dive site and pick up after dive, but here you have to swim. Also food was poor.

6 wundervolle Tauchtage Ich hatte 6 Tauchtage (12 Tauchgänge) gebucht.
Die Tauchausflüge waren gut durchgeplant, von der Abholung, bis zum wieder Absetzen im Hotel.
Am Tag vor den Ausflügen wurde noch einmal nachgefragt, ob alles dabei bleibt.
Auf Grund schlechter Sicht an einigen Tauchplätzen wurde das Tauchziel, entweder gleich früh, oder für den zweiten Tauchgang angepasst.
Ich durfte bis auf den ersten Tauchtag, alle Tauchgänge mit Marcel durchführen, was sich als wunderbar herausstellte, da Marcel die Tauchgänge absolut tiefenentspannt anging, ohne zu hetzen und zu drängeln.
Deshalb hier noch mal einen besonderen Dank an dich, Marcel.
Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Member Diving und kann sie voll und ganz weiter empfehlen.

6 wonderful days of diving I had booked 6 diving days (12 dives). The diving trips were well planned, from pick up to drop off at the hotel. The day before the excursions we asked again whether everything would stay the same. Due to poor visibility at some dive sites, the dive destination was adjusted either early on or for the second dive. Except for the first day of diving, I was allowed to do all of the dives with Marcel, which turned out to be wonderful because Marcel approached the dives in an absolutely relaxed manner, without rushing or pushing. So here’s a special thank you to you, Marcel. All in all, I was very satisfied with Member Diving and can fully recommend it. 👍🏻

10 year old scuba diver completely hooked! Took our 10 year old son for his very first scuba dive with these guys, now he’s completely hooked and can’t wait to go again. Thomas his instructor was fantastic and totally joyful to make the experience a perfect success and experience for everyone. Two dives close to Ko Tao and we now have a new scuba enthusiast in our family. Always a fun experience Went on multiple dives with them. Destinations are various dive sites around Koh Tao and Sail Rock. They have a large and comfortable boat which is good because you need to travel for about one hour to get to the sites. People are split up into small groups according to their experience and every group gets a guide. We always had the impression that these guides knew what they were doing. For us, Sail Rock stood out the most as there is lots of sea life and the „chimney“ is great. But the other sites we visited are also great.

Sailors rock in the gulf of Thailand is a very special dive site where you can see diverse marine life all in one place. The diving school ensured that the diving experience was safe and comfortable. Worst company to ever go with Went here for dive master program and it was my worst decision in my diving experience Owner is very greedy and cheap. Limits you to small amount of dives - doesn’t discuss anything with you before taking 45,000 baht. Has enough room on boat to let you do many many days but doesn’t allow it. Rushed you though program to just get money. Only reason to dive from ko samui is if you are very limited on time. OTHERWISE GO TO KOH TAO 60% cheaper and all the dive sites are there. NO DIVING AROUND KO SAMUI Must equipment is old and leaks Make sure to eat first because last people have no food Every other dive company gives free soft drinks but the owner michal charges twice what he pays for to make extra money Owner to cheap to pay Thai people to offload equipment and tanks (takes away money from Thais with is illegal) Really thought I was going to love this company but it wasn’t worth it at all JUST GO TO KOH TAO.
