A) Online Booking confirmation

  1. A deposit of THB 2000 per diver respectively THB 500 per snorkeler is required to confirm a booking. The balance can then be paid at the start of a course or on the day of the dive trip.
  2. The deposit will be paid with Stripe (credit card payment system).
  3. The balance will be paid in cash (Thai Baht) or by credit card (plus 3% surcharge).

B) Payment options

You can pay at Member Diving by cash or credit card (online booking). It is easy to withdraw up to 20,000 Thb per withdrawal at ATMs in Thailand using an EC card or credit card, up to a maximum of 50,000 Thb per day.

C) Cancellation conditions

  1. Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  2. Cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the tour are free of charge.
  3. If a cancellation is made after 17:00 on the evening before the booked tour, the full amount will be due.
  4. In case of non-participation on the day of the tour, the payment will be made and charged in full.
  5. In the event of the course or boat trip not being held (for example due to weather conditions or other force majeure), the costs paid will be refunded subject to the proviso that the event cannot be repeated or held again.

D) Cancellation policy for dive packages

  1. There is no refund in case of cancellation by the guest. An online booking cannot be cumulated with other benefits, such as promotions, own equipment, etc.
  2. Cancellations due to illness, accident etc. must be clarified with your own insurance (e.g. foreign travel health insurance) and not with Member Diving.
  3. A dive package must be paid 100% on the first day of the tour.
  4. If Member Diving has to cancel a tour, the total price will be adjusted proportionally and refunded in full.

Important information:

For reimbursement of costs in case of illness, accident etc. a travel health insurance is responsible and not Member Diving!
